Privacy and your information
360 Fitness uses the information you provide to respond to training enquiries and support your use of this website. This notice explains the website's information flows.
Enquiries and callbacks: when you submit a form, we record your name, the contact details you choose to provide, your message and training preferences. We also record the page that generated the enquiry and campaign labels included in its link. Authorized team members can use these details to respond and manage the request. Submitting an enquiry does not confirm a booking or subscribe you to a marketing mailing list.
Accounts and bookings: account details, booking records and related service information are used to manage access, sessions and customer support. Payment services, when available, use the payment provider shown at checkout. Please review the specific service and checkout information before booking.
Blu: the assistant uses your preferences and website listings to help you explore training options. If AI assistance is enabled, your request text and relevant catalogue information may be sent to an external AI provider. Separate contact fields are not included in that request. Avoid putting private health details, passwords, payment details or sensitive information in chat messages.
Cookies and service providers: this website uses cookies for functions such as sign-in, security and keeping your session. Hosting, email delivery and other configured service providers help operate the website. Following a WhatsApp or other external link takes you to a service with its own privacy practices.
Your information: contact info@360fitness.ae to ask about an enquiry, correct your details or request access to or deletion of personal information. Explain which service or enquiry your request concerns, without sending passwords or payment card details. The team may need to verify your identity and assess records that must be kept for ongoing services or other applicable obligations.
